Oleg Vyadro is the founder and managing director of Insegment, Inc. as well as a founding partner of Henshon Parker
Vyadro, P.C. and provides legal and strategic counsel
to companies and individuals. His clients operate
in various industries, including venture capital,
investment management, financial services, manufacturing,
retail, healthcare, real estate development and international
trade. Oleg also acts as personal counsel to business
owners, stockholders, and accredited investors seeking
to protect their assets and to plan their estates.
Oleg started his career at Goodwin Procter as a
corporate associate serving clients in the areas
of private equity, public offerings, M&A, and
banking. In 1997, Oleg joined Dechert Price & Rhoads to pursue an interest in investment management
regulation. His clients there included fund sponsors
and hedge funds as well as national and international
financial institutions.
Oleg graduated from Brookline High School, Boston
University and Harvard Law School.
