Mark McDermott is an associate with the firm. Mark’s areas of practice include complex real estate transactions, leasing of office and retail sites and corporate transactional matters.
Prior to joining Henshon Parker LLP, Mark was associated with two other prominent Boston law firms, where his practice included, real estate matters for a Fortune 500 company, counseling clients on licensing and regulatory matters, handling corporate matters including SEC filings, trademark prosecution and enforcement, and software licensing.
Mark is admitted to practice in Massachusetts . He earned his B.S., from Northeastern University (1991), and his J.D. from Boston College Law School (1999).
